However, according to a recent survey conducted by Micheldever Tyres, you shouldn't expect anything special in return for that good deed of changing a tyre or topping up the oil - unless, that is, you moonlight as 007.
Apparently the ladies feel that the James Bond actor Daniel Craig would be the best choice for that quick pit stop, compared to Paris St. Germain and England football star David Beckham, who came second in the survey.

Or perhaps it's the thought of him in overalls? Still, teeny popper Justin Bieber's youth (or perhaps singing voice) clearly counted against him, as he finished last.

The survey of 1,600 men and women also revealed that the age of chivalry might not be dead yet either which is good to know, as 50 per cent of men would stop to help a woman changing a tyre.

Well as long as the woman in question is Ab Fab star, Joanna Lumley anyway, as she came top in a poll of women that men would stop to help change a tyre for. Lumley was closely followed by Girl Aloud Cheryl Cole with 12 per cent of the vote, but grammy-winning songstress Adele might be forced to get the jack out as she came last with just 3 per cent of the vote.
