Everyone, at some point in their lives, has "the best idea... EVER" and proclaims that they're going to get started straight away. Or at least until the booze that induced such an idea leaves their system and they can go about their business with ease. Nine times out of ten these ideas never actually go ahead.
This chap isn't put off by being sober. He decided not only to fit a Dukes of Hazzard-style Dixie horn to his van, but to try and recreate the show's signature stunt - the jump (pronounced 'yump').
As with all of these things it doesn't quite go to plan, but the addition of the horn does turn this from 'tragic attempt to look like a rally driver' into 'successfully looking like you've no idea what you're doing'.
